Darwin Corporate Park is an integrated multi-facility office complex, Darwin Corporate Park accommodates a wide range of Government, private sector and NGO tenants together with services and amenities such as end of trip facilities and the renowned Cannons Café. Being located on land affected by the operation of the Darwin International Airport and RAAF Base Darwin, Darwin Corporate Park presented a challenging statutory planning process with a range of design, noise and traffic considerations. The first four buildings have been completed and fully occupied with works proceeding on two further buildings. Brad Cunnington has been engaged as the projects principle planning consultant since inception, ensuring the Darwin Corporate Park has received the necessary development approvals, condition and construction clearances in accordance with the client’s required project outcomes and timeframes to enable Darwin Corporate Park to become Darwin’s premier office precinct.
